Conditions for training and group lessons
1. Entry and registration

Purchased training sessions and credits must be used within 12 months of payment.

Each visitor is obliged to register at the reception desk each time he/she visits the fitness centre

Cancellation or modification of the reserved training date is possible at least 24 hours in advance, by any of the communication methods used (sms, messenger, whatsapp). Cancellation by phone is not guaranteed.

In case of non-cancellation or late cancellation of an activity, a cancellation fee equal to the price of the training is payable.

Cancellation fees are charged on the next visit or paid from prepaid packages.

Refunds for unused services are only available in the case of serious medical reasons, which must be documented by a medical report. This report must prove that the customer's health condition does not allow for a refund of the service after the medical condition has ended.

Refunds are not possible after 12 months from the purchase of the service

When attending a group class, a reservation is required in the online booking system or directly at the fitness centre reception

Cancellation or change of a booked group lesson is possible at least 6 hours in advance in the online booking system. Telephone cancellation is not guaranteed.

In the event of a no show or late cancellation, a cancellation fee equal to the price of the lesson will be charged.

Registration includes filling in and agreeing to the processing of personal data

Persons under 15 years of age may only visit the fitness centre area when accompanied by an adult (legal guardian, trainer)

By entering the fitness centre, the client gives consent to the taking of photographs and videos for the purposes of the fitness centre. In case of disagreement, this consent must be expressed in writing
2. Security

The use of safety barriers and safety devices is mandatory when exercising with free weights.

It is forbidden to use damaged or malfunctioning equipment. If a fault is found, visitors to the centre are obliged to report this to the operator

Fitness centre clients exercise at their own risk.

If first aid is required, inform the staff immediately. A first aid kit is located in the fitness bar area.

The client is obliged to follow the instructions of the instructor, trainer

The client must not tamper with the air conditioning, lighting, apparatus and other control systems
3. Hygiene

It is mandatory to use disinfectant wipes to clean the machines and equipment before and after the exercise.

After the exercise it is necessary to clean up and return all used equipment to its place.

The client is required to use a towel, which he/she places under himself/herself on the machines and benches.
4. Use of equipment:

Any damage must be reported to the responsible person (receptionist, trainer).

Clients use the equipment in the fitness area in such a way that their inappropriate use does not endanger their health or damage the fitness centre equipment
5. Personal space

Respect the personal space of other clients and do not block machines or equipment when not in use.
6. Clothing and appearance

Appropriate exercise clothing, including exercise shoes, is required.

The indoor area of the fitness center is for exercise only. No smoking and consumption of alcohol and food
7. End of operating hours

Please respect the fitness center closing hours and leave the premises on time.

The staff has the right to ask visitors to leave the premises after closing time.
8. Loss or damage to property

The Fitness Center is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

We recommend the use of lockable lockers to store valuables.
9. Compliance with the rules

Violation of the operating rules may result in restriction or prohibition of access to the fitness center.

The trainer or reception staff are entitled to, in the event of a violation of the operating rules

expel the client from the fitness centre without refunding the entrance fee
